RAYMONT 04.04.1933 - 05.07.2023
Richard John Raymont died peacefully on
5th July 2023 at the age of 90.
Although born in Hounslow Hospital in Middlesex, he spent much of his early life in Devon particularly during the war years.

After a long and varied career within the
Civil Service, Richard retired from his last post as Manager of the Maidstone DSS office and spent his retirement actively pursusing his
many interests and hobbies.
He was an avid bowls player (a long-standing member of Loose Bowls club, he recently helped edit its Centenary history) and was a keen pianist.
He was also chair of Maidstone CAB
for many years.

Husband to Margaret (deceased) and father to Mark and Mary and grandfather to Alex, Nell, Verity and Joe, he will be greatly missed.

The funeral service will take place on Thursday 27th July at All Saints Church, Loose, at 12.30pm. Flowers welcome or donations are
