Mark JOPLING Obituary

JOPLING Mark William 16/09/1945 It is with great sadness that we tell you of Mark's passing on Wednesday 6th March 2024 following a long period of illness. He will live on in our hearts and memories as the loving father, grandfather, partner, friend, and teacher that he was to us all. His joyous and loving presence will stay with us forever. We want to thank our family and friends for their ongoing love and support. Please join us to celebrate Mark's life at The Black Robin Pub, Kingston on Wednesday 3rd April from 2pm onwards.

Such sad news. My history teacher, who I got to know better by the trip to Wales, and then a canal trip reunion. I even acted as a babysitter for him. In later years our paths crossed, often when he was with the Morris Dancers. Always cheerful, you will be greatly missed Mark.
