I worked with Jeff at Kent Highways. Working with Jeff was a great pleasure and he made going to work pleasurable. He was there offering help whenever it was needed and taught me so much to do the job. We remained friends after my retirement and I will miss him very much. I send my condolences to his family and will be attending his service on the 10th. October, 2023. RIP Jeff....and thank you for being such a good colleague and friend.
