HOLMES James Thomas Patrick "Jimmy" Sadly, passed away on Sunday 24th November 2024, aged 82 years. The Funeral Service will take place at Medway Crematorium on Friday 17th January at 1.30 pm. The family request that all who will be attending the service, wear something pink in honour of Jimmy.
