O'CONNOR Hazel Maureen Passed away at Kent & Canterbury Hospital
on Saturday 6th May 2023, aged 82 years.
Much loved Wife, Mother, Grandmother
and Great-Grandmother.
She will be greatly missed by her family & friends.
Hazel will always be in our thoughts and hearts.
Funeral service to be held at St Francis Church, Maidstone on Wednesday 21st June 2023 at 10.30am followed by a Committal
at Vinters Park Crematorium.
The family have asked for donations rather than flowers. Donations invited to the
British Heart Foundation
