PIERPOINT Bernice (née Green) Passed away peacefully on 22nd February 2025 after a short illness, aged 87 years. Devoted wife of the late Ray Pierpoint, and beloved mum of Tim and Mark. Nan to seven boys and great grandmother of Emelia & Teddy Sadly missed. The funeral will be held on Tuesday 25th March 2025 at 12.00pm at the Garden of England Crematorium. I was saddened to learn earlier today, via my sister Elaine, that our cousin, Bernice had died. I left the island with my parents in 1959 and had little contact with my extended family after that. However, we met at the funeral of my brother-in-law, Peter Dawson and exchanged Christmas cards after that and I remembered (and her sister Norma) in my prayers. I extend my condolences to her family and my sorrow at not being able to attend the funeral.
