A Little Poem From Me to You ?

Its got harder and harder since the day you went away but still people keep telling me everything shall be okay I know deep inside that it’s better up there but we're not together which makes it unfair Seems like yesterday that we were together then I opened my eyes to realize gone means forever It hurts and it aches its slicing my heart for the rest of my life we shall be apart I’m waiting for the future hoping to see that when I die You'll open up those gates for me Having a Grandad with a heart made of gold is my favorite treasure which will never grow old Your Officially gone But forever in my heart You and me Grandad together, yet apart Love Always, Little Miss Muffet ?

My dear Grandad you were such a loveable, likeable character! You made an impression on everyone you met, those little querky jokes you told and the amazing stories you told too! There are lots of fond memories one of which being when we were in the car with you and you went down one side of the hill quickly and then put the gear into neutral to see how far we could get the other side! You will be missed terribly by everyone who was close to you! Love you loads Grandad Rest In Peace Your first grandaughter Claire xxx
